A design system is only real once it ships. I take components from Figma into production-grade code with Claude inside Storybook — tokens, variants and states intact — version them on GitHub and demo them live on device with Expo. The result is a system engineering can actually ship: pixel-perfect, governed, and never drifting from the Figma library it started in.
