Craft that raises the bar
High-quality UI that makes a complex product clearer. I set the visual and interaction standard on real screens, then make it repeatable rather than personal.
I’m a Lead Product Designer. I take products with a lot of moving parts — and a lot of people depending on them — and make them feel clear, then back them with systems that keep them that way as the team grows.
I moved from Italy to London in 2014 and have spent 13+ years in the space where product design, UI craft and design systems meet. Four startups, two corporates, and products shipped across iOS, Android and web.
For seven years I was Head of Product Design at YOOBIC, building and leading the design function for an enterprise SaaS platform used by frontline teams at global brands. Today I’m Lead Product Designer at Zapp, working across the consumer app, the operational tools behind it, and the Zync design system.
I’m hands-on. I still design, and I ship components as production code. What I care about is that quality doesn’t depend on me being in the room — which means clear principles, critique that’s about the work rather than taste, and systems that encode good decisions so the next screen starts from a higher baseline.

Design systems that ship as code, not just Figma libraries. Tokens, variants and states documented once and held across platforms, so consistency survives growth.
Clear principles, specific critique and reusable examples, so a team raises its own bar instead of waiting for mine. I mentor, and I hand work over properly.
